When you contact us we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address and the content of your message. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.

The site itself sets no marketing cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability.

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Data shared with us during an engagement is governed by the NDA and data processing agreement signed for that engagement. It is segregated per engagement, encrypted at rest and in transit, and never used to train models.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless an engagement follows. Engagement records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law.

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing legal basis to keep it. Email hello@northmindlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reputable infrastructure and email providers to host this site and deliver messages. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
